If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include both you individually and the entity you represent.
tokpee is strictly for adults aged 21 years or older. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration to create an account or use any aspect of the Service.
To be eligible to use tokpee, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age. tokpee will verify your age through government-issued identification documents during the KYC process. If we discover that you have provided false information regarding your age or that you were underage at the time of account creation, your Account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and you may be permanently banned from the Service.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the Service. tokpee reserves the right to use IP address tracking, device geolocation, and other technical measures to verify your location. Accounts accessed from outside Indonesia may be restricted or suspended.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be under any legal disability, incapacity, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from tokpee or any affiliated platform. You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services unless the exclusion period has expired and you have formally requested reactivation through our support team.
You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tokpee complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations. tokpee does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
By registering an account, you certify that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. tokpee reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your continued eligibility.
To access the Service, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and other information as requested.
You are permitted to maintain only one Account on tokpee. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts on behalf of other individuals, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited. tokpee employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, confiscate all balances, and permanently ban you from the Service.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify tokpee if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. tokpee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
tokpee is required to verify your identity, age, and residency in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You must submit clear, legible copies of government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) upon request. We may also require proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months) and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. tokpee reserves the right to suspend Accounts and freeze funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at all times thereafter remains accurate and up-to-date. If your contact information, address, or other details change, you must update your Account information promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
tokpee accepts deposits via approved Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other institutions as listed on our Deposits page. We also accept deposits through approved e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the institution and time of day.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tokpee reserves the right to refund any deposit made from a payment method not registered to you and to suspend your Account pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with customer support.
Withdrawal processing times vary by verification status and payment method. Standard processing is completed within 6-24 hours for verified accounts. VIP tier members receive expedited processing. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours.
All transactions on tokpee are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tokpee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
tokpee does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond tokpee's control and are your sole responsibility.
tokpee maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. Suspicious transaction patterns, including frequent deposits and withdrawals without meaningful gameplay, may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and delayed processing.
tokpee may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable promotional materials, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements, as specified in the bonus terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. tokpee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any bonus if we determine that you are abusing promotional offers through fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, coordinated play with other users, or any other behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. One bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise specified.
When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet restrictions may apply. The maximum bet per spin or wager while bonus funds are active is typically Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

tokpee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any tokpee content without our prior written consent.
The tokpee name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to tokpee. You may not use tokpee trademarks without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tokpee, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if tokpee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tokpee's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is less.
tokpee does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that technical failures, software errors, and internet connectivity issues may occasionally occur, and tokpee shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are entirely independent of tokpee. tokpee does not control or influence game results. In the event of a software malfunction, all affected game rounds and wagers shall be void.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Service, you must first contact tokpee customer support via email at [email protected]. Please provide a detailed description of your complaint, including your username, transaction details, and any supporting documentation.
tokpee will investigate your complaint and respond within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
